Returns and Exchanges
- We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@avlmount.com. You will be responsible for the return of the item to us at 12 Woodlands Square, Woods Square Tower 1 #12-79 Singapore 737715 within 14 days of receiving the item.
- You can always contact us for any return questions at info@avlmount.com.
- For exchanges, please contact us at info@avlmount.com to arrange the exchange before heading down.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Each return or exchange of damaged or defective items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Returns and exchanges due to damages and defects caused by misuse or wear and tear will not be allowed. Evaluated and approved manufacturing defects and wrongly sent items will follow the “Returns and Exchanges” policy above.
We reserve the right to amend or evaluate the return status at any time.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
